準備多益時，常常會覺得，聽第一次，會覺得好多訊息都有聽懂，但選項都覺得有出過，導致選不出來，聽到第二次，才發現，北七喔! 阿它剛剛答案不就在講這裡，才恍然大悟；然而，考試只有一次的機會，我必須要只聽一次，就能答對。後來我仔細檢討我的狀況，才發現以下幾個問題：
- 一次聽太多訊息了
- 腦袋會去想剛剛聽不懂的字
- 想要翻譯所有詞彙
以上的問題，讓我曉得，完全不是我聽力程度的問題，而是「聽力習慣」的問題。因為多益聽力的重點，不是在聽懂每個字，而是在「串聯訊息」，每個句子只去「抓重要的地方」記得就好，並且由訊號字，讓我知道每個選項的考點在哪邊。

如果懶得點進去，你可以假裝看這個文字稿，想像你只能看過去，不能回頭，什麼關鍵字會殘留在你的印象裏面，這個就是你真正聽聽力的感覺。

這邊我跟大家分享一個聽聽力，我會用的方式，叫做「簡化跟述」，意思是指，我聽過去的時候，只聽句子重要的地方，再把下一句重要的地方串起來。用這題來實驗看看，事實上，我聽過去的時候，就只會專心記得以以下幾行字
- I call to discuss our contract with…use to develop our radio advertising ? (有個合約關於廣告的訊息阿)I'm a little worried
- Because they ➜ cutting their costs 而不是quality (第77題D的訊息)(他們想省成本根本不顧品質好不好)
- Need to pay if end so look contract. (第79題B的訊息)(想要終止合約了啦)
(78…題有點簡單就不講解了XD)
這些字就是我聽到，最後理解的過程，我會在腦中簡化、說出來。為什麼腦袋要去做簡化呢，因為多益聽力考題很多，有些題目也又臭又長。如果每個題組都「想聽懂每個字」，答題穩定性一定會下降，注意力渙散，失去耐心。因此，為了持續「穩定性與續航力」，我會推薦大家練習「簡化跟述」的能力喔 😊
我使用的例子是簡單的，你可能會覺得我全部聽懂就好也可以答對阿! 但是我所分享的這個原則，可以應用在更難地方，比如英國腔、澳洲腔的題目，一定可以幫你提高答對率的!
